SHIPPING

We are based In the United Kingdom. we snip our tools world-wide and otter shipping. options based on the country in which you are located. During checkout, the correct shipping cost based on your address will be applied.

Your order will usually be dispatched within 1 working day (Mon-Fri) of placing your order.

All our items are dispatched via Royal Mall. Postage and packaging costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. The customer is also responsible for ensuring they input the correct delivery address - any orders that are delayed or lost due to the customer supplying an incorrect address or post code cannot be refunded or replaced.

DELIVERY COSTS

UK Standard Mainland Royal Mail Delivery - FREE - Delivery normally takes 3-5 days

European Airmail Delivery (including Ireland) - £12.99 - Delivery normally takes 10-15 days

International Airmail Delivery (including USA, Canada, and Australia) - £28.00 - Delivery normally takes 10-25 days

Please note that we do not offer a guaranteed next day delivery service. Any special requests to receive an order on or by a certain date must be made by contacting us prior to placing an order to avoid disappointment.

Please note that whilst delivery is usually free of issues, we cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail service and cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail. Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery normally takes 3-5 working days.

Orders not delivered in line with Royal Mail terms can only be resent after 15 working days have elapsed and Royal Mail confirms the item is classed as Lost.

Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded until 15 working days have elapsed and the item is classed as lost, as according to Royal Mail items are still in transit and likely to be delivered up to 15 working days after dispatch. It a customer falls to collect or falls to arrange a re-delivery date for a parcel which Royal Mall has attempted to deliver within 7 days of the original delivery attempt, the parcel will be returned to us.

We are happy to resend the order after it has been returned to us, however because Royal Mail have attempted delivery we are unfortunately unable to resend your parcel free of charge. The original postage and packaging charges will apply again and need to be paid in advance by the customer betore anv returned order can be resent.



RETURN POLICY

In order to receive a refund, products must be returned within 14 days of delivery (delivery date is deemed as no later than 5 days after dispatch) and items must be returned unused and unopened. Under no circumstances will we refund or exchange opened or used products.

If you would like to return your order, you must contact us at info@boardbuddyco.com prior to returning any items to receive full return instructions, refund reference number and correct return delivery address.

Please remember, postage costs are not refundable. Failure to follow these instructions will result in no refund being given. We reserve the right to charge a returns administration and restocking fee of £2.00.
